Don’t Tear Me Down is a fan site about the Dutch symphonic rock band Within Temptation. DTMD is online since December 22, 2005 and is still growing, every single day.
Since a while, DTMD is also called the number 1 international WT Fan Site, and we’re very proud that we’re having this name. We want to keep this name as long as possible.

It all started back in 2005. On December 22 the very first version of DTMD, called: “All My Thoughts Are With You Forever” (~ Bittersweet: Within Temptation), was born! Easy styled and updated website without many features.
After many hosts changes, was DTMD transformed to “FrozenWithin” in 2006. Here we started growing with better styled layouts, more special features, a better name and more visitors per month.
But again, we needed to change hosts because of the offline times, and restricted possibilities on our servers. We decided to change our name once more, to Don’t Tear Me Down, back in 2009, and applied for a place at The Fan Sites Network. Normally it is hard to get into FSN, since they have high permissions to get in, and you have to have a HQ fan site. But we were accepted right the first time.
And in 2010 we got our very first domain, and for DTMD, and our gallery Towards The End.

We’re still growing day by day.

Mid 2010 DTMD got the title “Number 1 fan site” since we were the second biggest fan based site after SoundsOfFreedom.Net which went offline. We are, of course, very proud of this name, and want to keep this as long as possible!
